Within this scope, we offer full geodesic services, from specification of a building lay out, through assembly of the structure, office works, to as-built basic trig data. Project architect’s supervision is provided by professional industry-specific teams: architectural, construction and building, road, sanitary, electrical and tele-technical.
General scope of project architect’s supervision:
- Providing relevant explanations concerning project-related solutions
- Immediate contact with designers by any means
- Monitoring of compliance of investment execution with the design during execution of construction works
- Negotiating and assessing alternative solutions as against initial solutions included in the project
- Participating in commissions, technical councils, and construction site councils
- Providing advisory and consulting services to the investor within the scope of a construction and executive projects
- Providing relevant instructions to the contractor responsible for execution of construction works as regards any doubts arising in the course of execution of the investment project
- Participating in delivery/acceptance of the investment and in any procedures and actions whose goal is to ensure the intended functionality of facilities
- Executing supplemental design specifications required for the correct execution of the investment
