The location of the Provincial Office in Poznań is very characteristic, surrounded by buildings with a variety of architectural styles. First and foremost, it is a municipal space and a public use facility. The Provincial Office is located in a public building, which is present in residents’ awareness. The focus here is primarily on communication, dialogue and accessibility, transparency, and people. In order to specify the most important components, what people think and what they expect from this type of facility, we conducted a survey among residents of the city.
