A residential estate of houses referring in their style to very characteristic elements of Szczecin’s residential architecture. We tend to often forget about this city’s past, its former residents and creators.

The objective of this complex of buildings is to recreate the past ambience in the most contemporary way.

The project was executed in cooperation with Portal-pp Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. architects’ office, which was under my management as the Executive Board President, a co-owner and the main Designer for 10 years until September 2010.
